By returning your item, you agree to our terms and conditions. It's all pretty straightforward, but here are the details:
Returns Policy: You have the right to cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 30 days of receiving your product. Simply send us a message within 30 days of receipt at support@smiloro.com to let us know you want to return the product. We'll process your refund quickly upon receipt, no hassle!
Traceable proof of shipment: We ask that you send the package with a traceable (and preferably insured) track & trace code. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible. Don't forget to send the tracking number to support@smiloro.com. ✉️
Product condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging for a full refund. If you experience any issues upon receipt, please send us photos of the damage immediately. This way, we can best assist you! 📸
Sender's Responsibility: You, the customer, are responsible for returning the package safely and securely, so make sure it's properly packaged. Lost your package? Unfortunately, we can't refund lost shipments, so please make sure you arrange everything properly with the postal service.
Shipping advice: We recommend insuring your package. This way, you're protected against loss or damage during shipping, so you don't have to worry! 😇
Return shipping costs: You are responsible for the cost of returns and they are not refundable. The cost is usually between $20 and $30, but may be higher depending on the size, weight, and the postal service you choose. 📦
Excluded from return and refund :
- Custom made products.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personal products (such as care products).
- Items that are returned outside of our return period.

Return procedure in 8 simple steps 🚀
Step 1: Read the return policy above carefully before you start.
Step 2: Contact us at support@smiloro.com and include your order number and any photos of any defects or damage.
Step 3: Print, and complete our return form. Add it to the package.
Step 4: Pack your product carefully. Nobody likes damaged packages, right? 📦
Step 5: Create a traceable shipping label (insurance recommended) and send it to our returns address at the bottom of this page. Make sure it has a track & trace code!
Step 6: Securely attach the shipping label to the package.
Step 7: Send the tracking number to support@smiloro.com once you have sent it.
Step 8: Please wait until your return is received and as soon as we have received your package, we will refund you within 14 days via the method you paid with! 💰
